User Agreement

This membership agreement has been prepared by SAPOVERA KOZMETİK LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ to define the rules and conditions regarding the use of the sapovera.com online store.

CONTRACT APPROVAL

To become a member of the sapovera.com online store, you must first fill out the registration form and obtain a user password. This means you agree and undertake to comply with the terms of the sapovera.com online store membership agreement. The user is considered to have committed to complying with the sapovera.com online store agreement from the moment the membership process is successfully completed.

The member is responsible for their personal opinions, thoughts, expressions, attached files, and personal information submitted while using sapovera.com online store services, and sapovera.com online store cannot be held responsible in any way for these files. The member agrees to compensate for all damages that may arise as a result of such situations. The user also agrees not to send threatening, immoral, racist messages, messages that violate the laws of the Republic of Turkey or international agreements, or send information or programs that could damage the information or software on other users' computers. The user acknowledges that all records or materials obtained using sapovera.com services are entirely the user's responsibility, including any computer malfunctions, data loss, and other losses. The user agrees not to claim compensation from sapovera.com for any damages incurred due to the use of the service. The user also agrees not to use sapovera.com services for commercial or advertising purposes without permission. The user acknowledges that sapovera.com may monitor the entire system at any time or continuously, and that sapovera.com has the right to take necessary actions, remove the member from the service, and terminate membership if the user violates the rules. The user acknowledges and agrees that sapovera.com online store may use its system for commercial purposes, but will not post information prohibited by law, chain mail, software viruses, or other unauthorized mail, nor will it record or misuse personal information belonging to others. The user accepts full responsibility for all transactions made using the email address provided during registration. Purchases must be made using a valid credit card; purchases cannot be made if the credit card validity is not verified. Upon delivery, the user must present a valid ID card, allow the recording of relevant identification information, and sign the required documents. Failure to sign will result in the product not being delivered. If the product is received by another person, that person must sign a document confirming that they know the sender of the product on behalf of sapovera.com. Failure to sign this document will result in the product not being delivered, and the order being considered invalid.

*sapovera.com online store may send short messages (SMS) to its members who have registered their mobile phone numbers in the system, regarding order status or campaign announcements.

*sapovera.com online store owns the copyright to all information, documents, software, designs, graphics, etc., that it produces and/or purchases from external sources.

*Sales on the sapovera.com online store are limited to their own stock. sapovera.com may not deliver products that are out of stock, and may cancel the order and refund the order amount to the customer's account.

* The display of products in the online store does not necessarily mean that those products are in stock at sapovera.com.

*Information, documents, software, designs, graphics, etc., created and voluntarily uploaded to the system by members of the sapovera.com online store cannot be used without permission.

*The right to change the price and product specifications of products offered for sale on the sapovera.com online store belongs exclusively to sapovera.com online store. In case of an error in the price or product specifications, sapovera.com may correct the error and deliver the product or cancel the order and refund the order amount to the customer's account.

*sapovera.com online store may provide links to other websites. In this case, sapovera.com online store is not responsible for the content of the websites the member accesses.

*sapovera.com online store may make changes to this agreement, modify existing clauses, or add new clauses in the future due to technical necessities and compliance with legislation. In this case, the member must approve the changes to the agreement by clicking the relevant button in order to continue using the services. sapovera.com online store may also change services that do not require membership to services that require membership in the future.

*sapovera.com online store may add additional services, partially or completely change some of its services, or make them paid services.
