PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM
SUBJECT
The purpose of this Preliminary Information Form is to inform the Buyer, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated November 27, 2014, and numbered 29188, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) specified below with their characteristics and sales price.
1) The name, quantity, sales price including VAT, payment method, and essential characteristics of the goods or services subject to the contract:

2) Packaging, shipping and delivery costs are the responsibility of the BUYER. Shipping fee {{Kargo}} The shipping cost is added to the total order amount and is not included in the product price. If the seller has stated on their website that they will cover the delivery fee for purchases exceeding a certain amount or during certain campaigns, the delivery cost will be covered by the seller. Delivery will be made by hand to the buyer's address specified above via the contracted shipping company. Even if the buyer is not present at the address at the time of delivery, our company will be considered to have fulfilled its obligation completely and fully. Therefore, the seller is not responsible for any damages or expenses arising from the buyer's late receipt of the product and/or failure to receive the product at all. The seller is responsible for delivering the product in good condition, complete, conforming to the specifications stated in the order, and with any warranty documents and user manuals, if applicable.
3) The product will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the contract date. The SELLER is solely responsible until the product is delivered.
4) The Consumer (BUYER) has the right to withdraw from this Distance Sales Agreement within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded for contracts relating to the provision of services; and on the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the goods for contracts relating to the delivery of goods. However, the consumer may also exercise the right of withdrawal during the period between the conclusion of the contract and the delivery of the goods. In determining the withdrawal period;
a) In the case of goods that are part of a single order but delivered separately, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the last item,
b) In the case of goods consisting of multiple parts, the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the last part,
c) In contracts where the goods are delivered regularly over a specified period, the date on which the CONSUMER or a third party designated by the CONSUMER receives the first goods shall be taken as the basis. The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following contracts:
a) Contracts for goods or services whose price varies depending on fluctuations in financial markets and is beyond the control of the SELLER or supplier.
b) Contracts regarding goods prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs.
c) Contracts for the delivery of goods that are perishable or subject to expiration.
c) Contracts regarding the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.
d) Contracts concerning goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
to) Contracts regarding books, digital content and computer consumables presented in material form, if protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package are opened after delivery of the goods.
f) Contracts for the delivery of periodicals, such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided under a subscription agreement.
g) Contracts relating to accommodation, goods transport, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities for entertainment or recreation, to be performed on a specific date or during a specific period.
g) Contracts relating to services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
h) Contracts for services that have begun to be performed with the consumer's consent before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
5. VALIDITY
Once this preliminary information form has been read and accepted by the Buyer electronically, the process of establishing the Distance Sales Agreement will begin.
6. FINAL PROVISIONS
If it is determined that the documents and information provided regarding the order are incomplete, forged, and/or incorrect, or if there is suspicion or confirmation that the order was placed in bad faith and/or for commercial and/or profit purposes, the seller reserves the right to suspend and/or cancel the order application at any time, provided that the Buyer is informed, in order to allow for the necessary investigations. In case of cancellation, the refund process for the payment may be carried out, again provided that the Buyer is notified.
7. EXCEPTION
The provisions of this preliminary information form, which provide legal protection to consumers under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, shall only be valid and binding if the buyer is a consumer; if the buyer does not meet the definition of a consumer in Law No. 6502, the relevant provisions shall not be binding between the parties.
8) Consumer Complaints and Objections: If you have any complaints regarding your order and/or the product in question and/or any matter related to your order, you can submit your complaints to the SELLER via the contact information provided above or the contact information specified on the sapovera.com website. Your submitted complaints will be registered as soon as possible, evaluated by the relevant departments, and an attempt will be made to resolve them, and you will receive a response as soon as possible. Furthermore, in disputes arising from this Agreement; for disputes up to the value announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, the Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Boards in the place where the CONSUMER transaction took place or where the CONSUMER resides will have jurisdiction, and for disputes exceeding this value, the Consumer Courts in the place where the CONSUMER transaction took place or where the CONSUMER resides will have jurisdiction.
